Spread the Chocolate!!!

This weekend I felt the need to bake.  I love to bake but for some reason I don’t have much of a sweet tooth.  I decided that I would share the yumminess and went on a cupcake delivery mission!!!  I hope everyone who got one enjoyed it!  These are of course made from scratch – even the buttermilk was made from scratch! 
How might one make buttermilk from scratch you might ask……  Basically buy some full fat milk, put it in your mixer and whip the you know what out of it!  You will get two things from this, well three, if you are not careful.  1. Delicious butter!!  2. Gorgeous buttermilk (that keeps in the freezer) 3. a MESS!!!  :)
The yumminess pictured above are Buttermilk Cupcakes with Milk Chocolate Buttercream Icing (there is a really good reason that it is called buttercream but these are oh so yummy!!!!
